Chardonnay from South Australia has always drawn world attention and the 2005 Kirkstone Chardonnay possesses all the attractive characters of this popular variety. The palate is clean and dry yet soft with classic Chardonnay characters of peach and melon, supported by soft smoky characters.

The world's most renowned red grape varieties have been skilfully blended to produce the 2004 Kirkstone Cabernet Shiraz Merlot. This wine shows aromas of rich, ripe raspberry and cassis with cedary oak on the nose. The palate is medium bodied, yet soft with mouth-filling ripe berry flavours of blackcurrant and spicy raspberry, finishing with fine tannins.

Shiraz is a grape variety for which Australia is renowned and the Limestone Coast is a region where this grape flourishes. This 2005 Kirkstone Shiraz has aromas of ripe plums and spicy red berries. The palate is full-bodied yet soft, with cedary oak and well structured tannins.
